Project Summary - ArchiveSafer Choices: A School-Based Intervention to Reduce HIV, Other STD and Pregnancy
DescriptionThis study measured the relative impact of a school-based HIV, STD, and pregnancy prevention intervention on sexual risk-taking behaviors of high school students. The intervention was comprised of five components: (1) school organization, (2) an intensive curriculum with staff development, (3) peer resources and school environment, (4) parent education, and (5) school-community linkages.
